We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Warehouse Supervisor in our family-owned company! As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all products are handled efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all products are received, stored, and shipped in a timely and accurate manner
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Report & communicate between processing, production and operations departments
Requirements:
- Customer focus; attention to detail
- Prior experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferred
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Accountability and Dependability
- Forklift license, preferred
